This is the milestone form. Here you can create or edit a milestone's details. The start date and due date help provide a time frame that the milestone should be completed within. The due date is used to calculate whether the milestone is active, or late.

On the right side you can set the milestone's priority based on a drop down list. This drop down list is defined in the admin panel.
