A document layout shows you several key elements about the file. Most noticeable is the fact that if the document is an image file the page shows a large preview of the graphic with the option to download immediately simply by clicking on the graphic.

The options menu at the top allows you to also download the latest version as well as create a new version.

When creating a new version a form will slide into place at the top of the page (see below) that will allow you to add a new version of the file.

JForce allows for file versioning and will keep track of all previous versions of a file. When there are previous version of a file these versions show below the large preview window.

JForce also allows you to copy documents across projects. The options menu at the top right (see graphic above) will allow you to Copy Document. When copying a document you will see a modal window that looks like the following:

Here you can name the new document and select the project you want to copy the document to.
