The Discussion List view displays all of the discussions in the current project that you have access to view. The list displays the name of the discussion, the author and date the discussion was created, the total number of posts in the discussion, and the date of the last post. If you are allowed to view private items then any discussions marked as private will have an eye icon next to the name. The star icon to the left of the discussion name will be gray if you have not marked the discussion as starred or orange if you have. You can click on the star icon to toggle whether or not the discussion is starred by you. Starred items will display on your Dashboard.

Category Filter

The category filter drop-down list below the "Discussions" title allows you to filter the discussions by category. Simply clicking a value in the Category Filter will refresh the page and only show discussions that belong to the selected category.

Quick Jump

The Quick Jump feature allows you to jump to a specific discussion simply by starting to type the name in the Quick Jump box located next to the Alpha Filter. If you have many discussions, the Quick Jump will save you the time of having to scroll through pages of discussions to find the one you want.

Alphanumeric Filter

Clicking a link in the Alphanumeric Filter will filter the list by discussions that begin with that letter or number.
